L'Humeur Vagabonde 2010
In 2007 the vineyard vinified their Carignan alone. It was exceptional. So in 2010 they decided to attempt perfection with this wine by adding a little Syrah and Grenache to give a little more complexity and confidence. Vinified in tank, this wine sees no oak aging. Upon tasting one will notice a serious peppery nose enhanced with red berries (including bilberries and wild blackberries) before moving into a body of silky yet lively tannins.
70% Carignan(90 years), 15% Syrah(20 years), 15% Grenache(20 years).
